Job Description
We’re introducing a modern, distributed IT support model across our 120 dental centres—combining the strength of a local support team with the reach of an offshore support crew. As part of this exciting change, we’re hiring a personable and proactive Support Engineer to be based in the Sydney region. There is 23 centres across the Greater Sydney area.
You'll be the trusted face of IT support in our Sydney region—helping our dental centre teams, ensuring technology is running smoothly and efficiently so they can focus on patient care. You’ll have the flexibility to work from home when you’re not out in the field, and you’ll be supported by a senior engineering team that has your back.
What Will You Do?
Provide Level 1/2 technical support both onsite and remotely
Be the friendly, go-to tech support for our centre staff—solving issues with a smile
Travel between centre locations regularly
Set up and support workstations, devices, and remote access solutions
Work flexibly between in-centre visits and a work-from-home environment (we’ll provide a WFH kit)
Collaborate with a distributed team to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Are you what we're looking for?
1–3 years of IT support experience (Level 1/2)
A strong customer-service mindset and a genuine desire to help people
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills—you make tech make sense
A positive, can-do attitude and the confidence to work independently across multiple sites
Your own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license (we reimburse kilometres monthly)
Comfortable working in both onsite and remote settings with good self-management
A team player who takes pride in delivering great service
