Job Description for IT executive

 Server, Storage and Network Product Vendor coordination (Ticket registration, monitoring and ticket

status)

 Experience with Routers, switches and security devices

 Ideal candidate should have good experience in Windows Installation and troubleshooting.

 Patch Management with endpoints

 An IT position generally involves managing and storing data using computers, software, databases,

networks, and servers. As an IT professional, you may write programs, maintain networks, analyze

systems, and provide technical support.

 Manage inventory of computers, mobile devices, network equipment, , including tracking of purchased

equipment and services.

 Support endpoint security standards (antivirus/firewall/patching).

 Fluent English writing and speaking.

 Server knowledge, Firewall knowledge, Good team Handling Skills.

 Co-ordinate with Customer care with Vendors

 Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems. Implement security measures.

Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements. Offer technical support to

company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.

 Troubleshooting Starting Problem if any

 Analyze and Maintain baseline configuration of the Systems

 DC hardening Policy

 Monitoring the Servers to Ensure consistent performance – Memory Utilization, CPU Utilization

 Restoration on Test Server as per Backup & Restore Policy

 Very good Understanding of Computer Hardware and troubleshooting of Laptop/ Desktop, Network

Connectivity, CCTV

 Ideal candidate should have good experience in Windows Installation and troubleshooting.

 Good Experience in managing Firewalls.

 Troubleshooting to resolve network related issues.

 Register maintenance

 Troubleshooting all issues on desktop and laptop.

 Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices

 Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouse, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality

 Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications
