1. Experience : 2years in BPO/Medical Billing - Hope this is preferable but not mandatory (Yes)
2. Active Directory Knowledge – Just basic knowledge is fine
3. ISP / Network troubleshooting - Mandatory
4. Microsoft Azure basic knowledge - Just knowledge is fine
5. Website troubleshooting – US medical related websites
6. US applications troubleshooting – Our Client related software’s or installation
7. Attending US calls (IT related) - Mandatory
