Designation : IT Support Lead/ Manager
Exp : 5 - 12 Years
Salary : Upto 7.5 LPA
Week Off : Saturday & Sunday
Notice Period: Immediate joiners required / 15 days preferable
We are hiring an IT Support Lead for our IT Support Team for our own captive unit based at Noida Sector. We require a candidate with the ability of Multitasking and having a dynamic personality who can serve the organization in the long run.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Server Support & Configuration
• Regular interaction and follow-ups with prospective clients from lead generation to conversion.
• Network Configuration and Troubleshooting, Desktop Support
• Windows installation and configuration, Website Maintenance.
• Grow revenue base by identifying and closing new business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Able to identify additional requirements of the clients where our company services could fit in.
• Able to work under pressure and sharing daily, monthly, weekly sales reports.
• Accurately and truthfully explain all the benefits of associating with Capline.
Desired Skills:
• Must have team handling experience.
• Good knowledge of Technology and the IT sector.
• Technical Background would be a huge advantage
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Open to work in night shifts.
• Having exposure of different PMS (Practice Management Software) such as eagle soft, dentrix, weave, open dental
