• Provide remote guidance and assistance for device installation and troubleshooting
• Install and resolve issues related to control devices and relevant software
• Support access control device setup, connectivity, and diagnostics
• Assist with Aadhaar authentication device installation and troubleshooting
• Deliver technical support via phone calls, chat, and ticket-based systems
