ICF s IT Support Specialists provide analysis and technical support for a global user base. The role is primarily office based with flexibility to work from home on occasion.
You will be a part of our global support team and work Sunday to Thursday to support users on our busy helpdesk.
Flexibility to cover occasional evening and Friday/Saturday shifts and project work is required (Shifts may be adjusted based on business needs)
Previous helpdesk support experience in a corporate environment is preferred. Knowledge of audio-visual equipment would be advantageous. Experience with Microsoft365 technologies advantageous; including Azure, Intune and/or Purview.
Physical handling and movement of stock will be a key part of the role.
Exp Range 4-5 yrsKey Responsibilities:
Answer incoming support calls by telephone, and managing response to the ticketing queue
Provide end-user software and hardware troubleshooting and support
Support for audio/visual systems and rooms
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies
Participate in special projects, as required
Collaborates with internal IT teams to identify and resolve technical issues
Understanding of Active Directory and Exchange Online
Stock Management and handling of equipment
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience with Microsoft technologies, ideally including Azure, Intune and/or Purview.
Professional experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows
Professional experience troubleshooting Apple Devices
