Job Title: IT Support Technician (IT System Assistant)
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our IT team as an IT Support Technician. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a basic understanding of IT systems, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
Provide first-level technical support to end-users (in person, by phone, or via email).
Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and accessories.
Install and configure new workstations, printers, and other peripherals.
Support regular data backups and system updates.
Document IT issues and resolutions in the help desk system.
Assist with system upgrades, patch management, and cybersecurity best practices.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of IT workspaces and storage.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certification in IT is a plus (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Fundamentals).
Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux and/or macOS environments.
Familiarity with common office applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Good communication skills and a helpful attitude.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment.
Exp: 6 to 2 years.
