- Technical knowledge IT & Networking proficient in Cloud management, Data security
- Managing OS of end points or Servers if required.
- Primarily taking care of IT support transactions and Incident tickets
- Handling IT Asset management and record keeping
- Good knowledge in networking, troubleshooting, Servers, Firewall, different OS.
- Support Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware, and any other authorised IT peripheral equipment in the office
• Soft skill
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Trouble shooting skills and faster TAT inclination
• Salary: ₹20,000.51 - ₹45,000.11 per month
