Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Technician located in Mumbai. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, supporting printers, and repairing computer systems on site.
Qualifications
Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Computer Repair skills
Experience in Desktop Computers and Printer Support
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Relevant certifications or technical degrees would be beneficial
