Position Mandate
This position is responsible for onsite & depot troubleshooting, installing, deploying and upgrading of computer hardware and software, including desktops, notebooks, workstations, servers, networks & peripherals as well as associated operating systems & application software troubleshooting and support.
Position Functions
Answer technical support calls and use online support software to assist new and existing customers in a professional manner, Provide professional onsite depot technical service to a range of computer problems including virus & spyware removal, data/application and operating system overhaul and recovery services, resolve internet & email difficulties and diagnose & replace defective hardware components.
Technical Qualification
A+ Certification and MCSE or greater is an asset.
