Role: ISM Coordinator & ISM Technician
Number of Openings: 1 for each role
Location: Level 26, Chifley Tower, 2 Chifley Square, Sydney, NSW 2000
Employment Type: 1-Year EOR Contract (through our payroll partner)
Salary: Base Salary AUD 70,000 annually
Start Date: 1st May
Purpose
Responsible for the successful delivery of all BAU Technology and Voice tasks.
Play an instrumental role in IT relocation projects, including audits and preliminary work, delivered promptly to high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage hardware inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Process hardware requests and receipts through internal ordering systems.
Monitor ticket queues and manage requests through to completion.
Maintain IT rooms and perform housekeeping tasks.
Support events such as annual power-downs and post-desk checkouts (PCs, monitors, peripherals, phones, etc.).
Handle hardware decommissioning activities.
Support business moves, changes, and early planning stages.
Manage escalations through to resolution.
Manage client expectations effectively.
Set up temporary training rooms and office-wide event infrastructure.
Perform communications room patching.
Support work-from-home hardware requests.
Ensure compliance with policies related to overtime, expenses, and cost control.
Manage workload to meet SLA/OLA targets.
Deliver high levels of customer service and maintain a customer-focused approach.
Collaborate across service lines for coordinated support.
Participate in Continuous Service Improvement initiatives.
Perform troubleshooting, system upgrades, and replacements.
Deploy equipment for new hires and collect equipment from offboarded employees.
Evaluate user requirements and recommend effective technology solutions.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Work outside business hours or weekends when required.
Image/re-image computers and configure IP phones and mobile devices.

Knowledge of Windows OS, applications, and hardware.
Experience with help desk/ticket management systems.
Understanding of Microsoft platforms, networking, security, WAN/LAN.
Relevant certifications preferred (MCSA, A+, Network+, CCENT, CCT).
Scripting knowledge is a plus (PowerShell, Perl, CMD).
Experience in financial industry preferred.
Understanding of ITIL Service Support and Delivery.
Customer-focused mindset and adherence to client processes.
