Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive System IT & Office Administrator to oversee our IT infrastructure while supporting day-to-day office administration. This hybrid role ensures smooth IT operations and helps maintain an efficient, well-organized workplace. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling both technical and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities: IT System Administration (80%)
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and system software (Windows, Linux, etc.)
• Manage user accounts, access controls, backups, and system logs
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
• Implement security measures including firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint protection
• Manage virtualization tools (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Maintain IT documentation and ensure system compliance with internal policies
• Provide technical support for employees and liaise with external vendors
• Oversee software licenses, hardware inventory, and procurement of IT assets
• Implement disaster recovery and backup plans
• Automate routine tasks through scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
Office Administration (20%)
• Support general office operations including supplies management, office equipment, and maintenance coordination
• Assist with onboarding new employees – setting up workstations, email, access rights, etc.
• Coordinate with HR or management on workspace planning and employee IT needs
• Maintain office records and assist in organizing internal meetings or events
• Serve as point-of-contact for facility-related issues and external service providers
• Ensure office safety protocols and IT compliance standards are upheld
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of system and server administration (Windows/Linux)
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Hands-on with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Solid understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, and VPNs
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python – bonus)
• Backup and recovery tools (Veeam, Acronis, etc.)
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, CompTIA, AWS, Azure) are a plus

Pay: ₹11,636.72 - ₹30,000.00 per month
