We help Americans unlock wealth and free themselves from the corporate day-to-day grind through acquisition. We're a rapidly growing firm and we're looking for an M&A Associate to join our lean, remote team to help our clients in processing deals.
We're most akin to an investment bank, but without the red-tape.
We're fast growing and you'll have ample career growth opportunity as we continue to scale.
Your Main Responsibilities:
We're looking for a M&A Associate who'll work with our client's deals to take the information we've organized for them to:
1) Decide if a deal makes sense to continue
2) Plug their info into our valuation model to assess it
3) Come up with potential offers our client could use to lock in an LOI
4) Present the deal and options to our client via Loom video
You MUST Have:
- Experience analyzing deals both in terms of numbers and business operations, the numbers and financials are a small, small piece of it
You Should Have:
- 1+ year experience working in a relevant role (M&A, investment banking, accounting, private equity, etc)
- Some financial analysis exposure and want to learn more
- Some experience in presenting a deal and reviewing a deal
- A strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- A strong self-starter mindset to improve your skills and strive to be better
- Excellent analytical skills
- Intellectual curiosity and rigor

We are seeking a It Technical lead & Project Manager to oversee product development, ensure
coding standards compliance, and manage IT projects. The role combines technical expertise with project
management to deliver high-quality products, streamline operations, and maintain strong client
relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and align product strategies with business goals, collaborating with stakeholders to execute
roadmaps.
• Evaluate new technologies and maintain coding standards across teams.
• Oversee product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and quality releases.
• Audit code commits and manage Azure repositories for secure code deployments.
• Coordinate IT projects, manage client onboarding, and ensure smooth operations across teams.
• Implement strategies to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and ensure quality delivery.
• Regularly report on project progress, risks, and successes to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in code compliance, project management, and product lifecycle oversight.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Git, and software development best practices.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
Desired Skills:
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cloud technologies.
