ITI Technician – IoT, Hardware & PCB
Location: Ahmedabad - Onsite
Experience: 2-4 Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ITI Technician with hands-on experience in IoT devices, hardware components, and PCB assembly/troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining electronic and IoT-based hardware systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic circuits and IoT devices.
Read and interpret circuit diagrams, wiring layouts, and technical drawings.
Perform soldering (SMD and through-hole) and rework on PCB assemblies.
Support hardware prototyping and development of new IoT-based solutions.
Work closely with the R&D team for hardware integration and testing.
Identify and repair faulty components using testing tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.).
Maintain and manage electronic lab equipment and inventory.
Assist in field deployment and hardware installation of IoT systems.
Document procedures, test results, and hardware revisions accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
ITI certification in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation or relevant field.
2+ years of hands-on experience in electronics hardware, PCB assembly, and IoT systems.
Good understanding of electronic components, microcontrollers, and sensors.
Proficiency in soldering and PCB handling.
Familiarity with IoT protocols such as MQTT, Wi-Fi, BLE is a plus.
Experience with tools like multimeters, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
