Job Description
· Implement and support secure, trusted systems to ensure appropriate confidentiality And privacy of sensitive data.
· Responsible for the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft windows server.
· Update Security and application patching of all Server / client systems.
· Maintain and monitor the backup and disaster recovery solutions of systems.
· Maintain network, switches, VOIP and firewalls.
· Configure role in server. Creating and managing active directory. Document standard operating, network configuration, CCTV installation and troubleshooting.
· Troubleshooting Printer related hardware issues.
· Continually updated personal knowledge of computing hardware operating systems and software Maintained confidentiality and discretion when working with passworded or sensitive materials.
· Technical support and end-user guidance Maintained and configured LAN/CAN/WAN and provided basic help desk support across associated office / Plant Network Systems Installation Network Repairs and Maintenance Network Security.
· Installation, configuration, diagnosis and resolution of technical issues related to Microsoft products viz. Microsoft client operating systems (Windows7/ Windows8, Windows10 & 11), Email (Outlook), File & Print service, MS office, and various business applications etc.
· Installation, configuration, diagnosis and resolution of technical issues related to all technology peripherals viz. desktops, thin clients, laptop, printers and scanners etc
· Migration and Deployment of Desktops and laptops build as per company standards.
· Supporting desktop maintenance, security maintenance, including virus updates and patch management
· Interacting technical people at a variety of levels as well as ability to address technical issues with non-technical associates.
Key Responsibilities:
· Network Support: Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network hardware and software components.
· Monitoring and Maintenance: Help monitor network performance, ensure network availability, and resolve connectivity issues.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
· User Support: Provide basic IT support to end-users, including troubleshooting network and connectivity issues.
· Security Compliance: Assist in implementing security protocols and practices to safeguard the network infrastructure.
· Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
· Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members on various projects and tasks as assigned.
