Position Title: Level 1 Technician

Responsibilities:
Perform installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical equipment, including tasks like flat wall shroud installation, control board access, and hardware replacements.
Address and resolve basic IT and technical issues at client sites, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
Complete and submit detailed work order forms and reports for each job, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
Undertake light office tasks such as email communication, on-site coordination, and record-keeping to support project management and client relations.
Deliver exceptional customer service, explaining technical concepts in an easily understandable manner and ensuring client satisfaction.
Adhere to all safety standards and company policies while performing on-site duties.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of IT and technical equipment installation and maintenance.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
Proficiency in computer use for tasks such as email, form filling, and report writing.
Willingness to travel to various client sites and work flexible hours.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site visits.Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in IT or technical support roles.
Familiarity with tools and equipment used in technical installations and repairs.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification is a plus.
