Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:
• Identify hardware malfunctions and system issues in computers and related equipment.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and methodologies to determine the root cause of hardware problems.
• Repair and Maintenance:
• Perform repairs on faulty computer components including motherboards, processors, memory, hard drives, and peripherals.
• Replace or repair damaged parts to restore full functionality.
• Refurbishment:
• Clean and refurbish computer systems and components to meet performance and aesthetic standards.
• Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and software applications as needed.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct thorough testing of repaired and refurbished systems to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
• Document repair processes and results, maintaining accurate records of work performed.
• Inventory Management:
• Manage inventory of spare parts and replacement components.
• Order and track parts as needed to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Apart from this the person will also be responsible for inspection of various IT products at different locations all over the city.
