- Install, configure, and test indoor and outdoor LED display boards, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to client specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on LED display boards to guarantee optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to LED display boards, such as power supply problems, pixel outages, and communication failures.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise during the planning and installation phases.
- Train and mentor junior technicians or subcontractors on best practices for LED display board installation and maintenance.
- Maintain detailed records of all installations, maintenance activities, and repairs, including comprehensive reports on troubleshooting and resolution procedures.
