We intend to substantially grow our operation in Pune, India. The focus of Pune, India team will be on Content, Product Development, Services as well as Sales/Support for customers in India. We expect Pune to become one of our largest worldwide locations.
Your Role
Reporting to the Manager of Global IS/IT Support Team, your role will be to support the team with resolving hardware, software and networking tickets. You will play a key role in ensuring that the Team meets and exceeds its targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding using Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, O365, Exchange Online.
• Manage VMware Infrastructure, Storage and Backup Servers, Patch Manager, Asset manager and Antivirus solution.
• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Desktop and Laptop Workstations and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners.
• Install and upgrade operating systems and computer software.
• Manage the Local Area Network and troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity problems.
• Help L1 support become more efficient and effective
• Perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
• Bring-in automation/implementation self-service solutions to reduce ticket count/load.
• Manage critical incidents and bring in your expertise to help recover from the incident quickly.
• Work with business stakeholders and application owners to integrate their solutions/applications.
