Proven work experience in IT support or IT technician roles
• In-depth knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux, and UNIX operating systems
• Practical experience with internet and network security protocols
• Problem-solving skills
• Technical documentation skills
• Organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic computer hardware and application software
• Experience with desktop operating systems including Windows XP, 7, 8 and 10,11
• Migrating and installation of New servers windows Server R12 and the Latest
• Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
• Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining software
• Well Knowledge of hardware components of computer and network systems
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
• Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall Fortinet and other
• Supporting them whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
• Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
• Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
• Knowledge of data storage and data recovery
EDUCATION
3 Year Diploma or regular Degree in Computer Science with relevant disciplines
Recommended certificates in information systems (CCNA, CCNP,)
EXPERIENCE
2 to 7 years of work experience in a related field is required.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS Required
Knowledge of Software coding
SQL , Reports , vb.net
