• Responsible for providing all essential IT support services to the company in a corporate environment.
• Team player in the implementation and support of new technologies and applications based on business needs, including ERP and MES solutions.
• Manage / Track IT assets in the organisation, including software / services licensing that are installed onto the computerised system.
• Manage periodic maintenance programs of the IT infrastructure, including desktop PCs, file and print servers, storage, backup, telco, and networking, as well as security systems on door access and CCTV.
• Manage periodic backup, disaster and recovery program to ensure all systems are tested regularly to ensure recovery is well executed.
• Ensure procedures / documentations are well recorded and maintained, and always up to date.
• Ensure standard operating procedures governing the operations of systems are always in practice, and function in the most effective manner.
• Able to initiate and run improvement programs independently
