Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT trainer to join our team and deliver high-quality training on Python/C++ DSA, Java, or JavaScript to students. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching, a strong understanding of programming languages and data structures, and experience in developing and delivering training programs.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Python/C++ DSA, Java, or JavaScript for students.
• Create course materials including syllabi, presentations, handouts, and exercises.
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students on their progress.
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure that training programs are aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in programming languages and data structures.
• Work with students to understand their individual learning needs and adjust training programs as necessary.
• Provide mentorship and support to students as they progress through their training.
• Manage classroom activities, including setting up and maintaining equipment and technology.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1+ year of experience in IT training or related field.
• Strong understanding of Python/C++ DSA, Java, or JavaScript programming languages and data structures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Experience with online teaching platforms and tools is a plus.
