Job Title - ITAO (AVP)
Location – Pune, India
Role Description
ITAO will be responsible to ensure the applications that he/she owns is fully compliant to DB policies and standards and adheres to regulatory and audit requirements. This role requires co-ordination with stakeholders to fix the identified and reported compliance and control items.

Overall Responsibilities
Make sure that all critical activities in application are monitored and logs are reviewed
Ensure appropriate controls onboarded and implemented where appropriate
Make sure that all steps in Identity & Access Management cycle (on-boarding, recertification, off-boarding) are compliant against DB Policies and application is on-boarded to central tools
Manage Internal and external application audits and Audit issue remediation activities
Completion of regular/recurring assessments
Timely response to audit & regulatory requirements with evidence, where compliant
Make sure that infrastructure is compliant and has up-to-date patches
Plan for Application Hardware / Software / License upgrades or migration activities to align to the compliant platforms
Keep up-to-date DR Test Plan and manage regular DR Tests
Manage application capacity forecasting and monitoring
Manage any IT Security incidents that may occur in the application
Support compliance on all steps of SDLC process and make sure that all SDLC controls are green
Application Decommissioning
Drive incidents reduction against an application
Skills and experience
Overall experience of 10 years and more in Information security and technologies
Good knowledge of infrastructure tools, networking and information security domains
Experienced in managing and supporting Infrastructure and Application.
Proven leadership and general management skills, including advanced negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
Strong analytical and collaborative skills.
Good experience in stakeholder management and managing teams
Ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple organizations to reach common goals
Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Team player and collaborator
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and able to use advanced features of PowerPoint and Excel SharePoint, project management and reporting automation skills
Education | Certification (Recommended):
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Any certification in Information technology or Cyber Security
