Customer Service Executive - Job Duties (International Voice Process US and UK) :
· Responsible for Taking inbound calls from customers in US and UK
· Learn and practice on existing and new products offered
· Thoroughly Learn functions of software and products offered to customers
· Speak with clients globally primarily from USA through: Chat, Phone & Email
· Co-ordinate with other departments to resolve customer queries and fulfil needs
· Complete all assigned customer tickets timely and ensure customer satisfaction
· Documentation of cases on the Portal and other efficiently use tools like – Word, Power Point and Excel
