Job Title: PCB Assembly Technician

Job Description: If you're an ITI Technician or a fresher with a keen interest in soldering and hands-on experience in PCB-related tasks, this role is perfect for you. As a PCB Assembly Technician, you'll be responsible for various aspects of PCB manufacturing, ensuring the quality and functionality of our electronic products.
Key Responsibilities:
PCB Soldering and Assembly: Perform precise surface mount (SMT) and through-hole soldering techniques.
Assemble electronic components onto PCBs following engineering diagrams.
PCB Testing and Rework: Conduct functional testing and quality checks on assembled PCBs.
Identify and address defects through rework and troubleshooting.
Quality Control: Ensure the quality and integrity of soldered connections.
Maintain accurate records of test results and defects.
Workstation Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workstation for a safe and efficient working environment.
Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
Documentation:Accurately document assembly and testing processes.
Assist in updating assembly procedure documentation.
Qualifications:
• ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification or relevant technical education.
• Prior experience in PCB soldering, assembly, testing, or rework is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for precision work.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and processes.
• Team player with effective communication skills.
• Safety-conscious and able to follow workplace guidelines.
