Job Description
We are looking around 100 people ITI, diploma and engineering all branches and all trades fresher candidates for one of the top leading solar panel and solar product manufacturing company. As a trainee Initial 2years is the probationary period and after completion of 2 years will be placed as permanent employment.
• Outstanding performers will be taken into permanent role prior to 2 years.
1)For ITI fresher candidates salary will be 12000Rs salary, Attendance bonus 350 Rs, shift allowance will be provided ( Total around 13500Rs)
2)For diploma a candidates any trades/ Branches salary will be salary, Attendance bonus 350 Rs, shift allowance will be provided ( Total around 14500Rs)
3) BE / BTECH any branches salary will be 15000/- Rs plus attendance bonus and shift allowance (it would be around 16500Rs)
Except above salary & perks one month salary will be provided as yearly bonus after completion of 1 year
• Over time will be provided after 8 hours , per hour 72 Rs will be paid
