About the Role:
We currently have an exciting vacancy for an ongoing ITSM Application Administrator within the ICT branch of the Strategy, Science and Corporate Services division.
The ITSM Application Administrator provides advice on the development, improvement, and maintenance of IT Service Management (ITSM) systems, with a focus on the Ivanti Neurons product suite. This includes facilitating requirements analysis, assessing designs, implementing solutions and upkeep of these systems. The role will also contribute to the development of procedural and support documentation.

This role has been designated as a Position of Trust pursuant to the standards required in the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework. Remuneration: ASO5 - $85,7+0 min - $+5,413 max p.a.
