Job Description
• Manage end-to-end Change Enablement processes aligned with ITIL and DevOps principles
• Integrate change controls with engineering workflows using GitLab/Jenkins/Azure DevOps
• Automate change workflows and contribute to pipeline configuration (YAML, scripting, etc.)
• Ensure adherence to risk, audit, and compliance standards across technical environments
• Collaborate with DevOps, Release Managers, Engineering, and Risk teams
• Prepare governance dashboards, risk reports, and present insights to leadership
• Proactively identify gaps and drive improvements in change processes and DevOps alignment
