Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Bootcamp Promoter student at YHills. The role involves tasks such as promoting training programs, engaging with potential students, providing customer service, assisting with sales and marketing efforts, and supporting training activities.

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Generative AI Principal Developer to facilitate virtual project workshops for trained Master's-level students. The role involves creating, leading, and mentoring participants through real-world Generative AI projects, ensuring practical learning and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Workshop Development: Design project-based learning workshops covering core Generative AI applications like language models, AI-assisted search, chatbots, and more.
• Project Mentorship: Guide students through project development, offering technical assistance and best practices.
• Technical Coaching: Conduct live sessions, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving exercises.
• Curriculum Enhancement: Continuously improve workshop materials based on participant feedback.
• Project Reviews: Evaluate project outcomes and provide constructive feedback for growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, including 2+ years in Generative AI projects.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with:
• AI Models: Transformers, LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.)
• Frameworks & Tools: Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI API, TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Data Skills: AI vector search, Postgres, SQLAlchemy
• Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines
• Expertise in GenAI stack on AWS, Azure or GCP
• Mentorship Ability: Proven track record of mentoring developers or leading technical workshops.
• Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
