Job Title: Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive- Digital Marketing

Location: Mumbai

Job Description

Qualification: Smart to handle

Experience: Between 1 to 3 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Plan, draft, and schedule professional email and WhatsApp campaigns to promote services

like taxation, GST, audit, and compliance reminders.

2. Design informative newsletters, festive greetings, and monthly service updates in a client-

friendly format.

3. Segment and manage client databases to ensure personalized and targeted communication.

4. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (open rates, click-throughs, replies)

and identify areas for improvement.

5. Coordinate with internal departments (Audit, Taxation, HR) to gather relevant content and

updates.

6. Ensure timely dispatch of compliance alerts, due date reminders, and statutory circulars.

7. Follow data privacy regulations and business policy while executing campaigns.

8. Explore and implement automation tools to improve marketing efficiency and client

engagement.

+. Various other responsibilities will be given from time to time related to digital marketing

activity.

Requirements:

- Must have basic knowledge of above-mentioned responsibilities & should have work in

past.

- Must have hands-on experience with tools like email marketing tools, WhatsApp Business

and marketing tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Preference for candidates with B2B or professional services background.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with 30 days’ notice periods will be preferred.
