EXPERIENCE : 10+ years
QUALIFICATION : Graduate/MBA
PRODUCT : LAP (Loan Against Property)
SALARY : INR 20 - 24 LPA
Desired Profile : We are looking for a professional who is hands-on with the Delhi NCR LAP Business Market and has the credentials to kick-start business for the company from scratch setting up and building the team and achieving the overall Business Goals.
Job Description :
- Spearhead the Rajasthan Market initiating from scratch; setting up and building the team strength to drive market presence.
- Set Targets and work on target achievement goals both on a personal level and for the Team.
- Drive Business through lead generation from Open Market.
- Set up and monitor Branches and set targets for them
- Develop and manage Branch networks in the Region independently.
- Analyse & formulate sales plans & strategies and achieve them with a well-developed team of Relationship Managers, and Sales Managers.
- Oversee Operations, Compliance, and Implement procedures & impart training to prevent fraud.
- Deep understanding of the competitor Bank Products, Services property, loans, business plans & channel partners. Thorough knowledge of relevant markets with the objective to grasp changing trends with suitable solutions that can be presented to the end customer.
