Job Description
Location: TALK Atlanta (Atlanta, GA)
Reports to: School Director
Schedule: Monday & Thursday 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Wednesdays 8:30 am - 1:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current students, providing program information and support across all communication channels
- Maintain thorough electronic student files and required documentation
- Coordinate and lead student activities to enhance the learning experience
- Support academic advising and ESL teaching as needed
- Assist with student orientation and graduation ceremonies
- Process accounting documents and maintain financial records
- Execute administrative tasks as assigned by the School Director
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, minimum of secondary degree required
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Professional level of written and verbal communication
- Customer service orientation with a positive, problem-solving attitude
