About the job: Role requirement-: • Candidate with Investment Banking or Payments Processing experience. • Able to translate Japanese banking documents received from brokers/banks/clients and then take appropriate actions in the payments system. • Fluent in Japanese reading/writing and drive discussions with Japanese stakeholders. • Overall experience of 6-9 years in Operations/Language Translation • Has exposure on Payments and Security Transfer operations – Deposits, withdrawals Reconciliation of accounts Responsibility • To communicate with Japanese colleagues and translate documents and input all the required tasks in system accurately as maker, within agreed SLA • To ensure to follow on all the agreed procedures and process flow • To handle all emails and breaks according to SLAs (internal and external) • To improve efficiency by continuously minimizing overall errors • To communicate professionally to clients and other stakeholders • To act as active team member, willing to go the extra mile when required • To work according to compliance rules, regulations and understanding of risk management • To collaborate professionally and constructively with Processing teams etc. • To complete all tasks assigned within SLAs (internal & External) • To gain technical knowledge of all the sub processes • To follow the control framework including checklists, WINs, control standards We offer: The COO organisation is responsible for building, constantly developing and improving the full digital value chain that we deliver to our clients and partners.
