Job Summary

Duties
Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers, ensuring all dietary restrictions are noted.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards.
Prepare tables for service, including setting up utensils, glassware, and condiments.
Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards before serving.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as necessary.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations throughout the shift.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer concerns promptly.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during their visit.
Experience
Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is highly desirable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
