Role & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and related frameworks (such as Spring / Spring Boot)
- Work closely with senior developers to understand system architecture, business requirements, and implementation standards
- Support the development of RESTful APIs and backend modules for web applications
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and fixing defects to improve application stability and performance
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Integrate backend services with databases (MySQL / NoSQL) and perform basic query optimization
- Follow security, scalability, and performance considerations in backend development
- Support testing activities, including unit testing and basic integration testing
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to support feature development and deployments
- Gain hands-on exposure to production systems, development workflows, and agile processes
Skills, Experience & Expertise:
- Knowledge of discovery analysis, value modeling, and digital frameworks
- Basic understanding of Java programming and object-oriented concepts
- Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting on Linux environments
- Good communication and analytical skills
Eligibility:
- 01 years of experience or fresh graduates with an interest in backend development
- BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline
