🚀 We're Hiring | Java Backend Developer | Java, J2EE, Spring Boot
📍 Location: Mumbai / Bangalore
👤 Experience: 4–12 years
💻 Tech Stack & Must-Have Skills:
✔️ Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot
✔️ Solid understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, DSA
✔️ Hands-on with RDBMS (PostgreSQL/Oracle) & NoSQL (DynamoDB/MongoDB)
✔️ Experience in Microservices, Docker, and containerization
✔️ Familiarity with Kafka/RabbitMQ, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools
✔️ Cloud knowledge: AWS or Azure
✔️ Strong communication skills & ability to work with stakeholders
✔️ Test-Driven Development (TDD) familiarity
✔️ Banking/Fintech experience is a plus!
