Location: Pune – Shivaji Nagar
Duration: Full-time (Permanent)
Experience for Developers: 6 to 8 Years
Experience for Lead: 10 to 14 Years

Number of Positions for Developers: 25
Mandatory Skills: Java 8, Spring Boot, Microservices API, Kubernetes, AWS (Banking domain experience is essential).

Qualifications for Developers:
• 6 to 8 years of experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in Java and J2EE.
• Working experience with Design patterns, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Knowledge of Oracle and PL/SQL is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with onsite and offshore teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Solid knowledge of design skills.
• Proficiency in refactoring, best coding practices, and code optimization.
• Good Oracle or SQL skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a capacity to quickly assimilate large amounts of information.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong desire to take ownership and lead end-to-end project execution.
• Comfortable working with remote teams.

• 10 to 14 years of experience in Java development.
• All qualifications listed for Developers, plus:
• Proven leadership experience in guiding and mentoring development teams.
• Strong experience in Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in OpenShift, Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate, Java J2EE, Tomcat, and Artifactory.
• Experience in Kubernetes and AWS.
• Ability to lead and oversee project execution from inception to completion.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with remote teams.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
