Roles and Responsibilities :
• Should be able to provide content for Java courses
• Modeling and formatting content into viable, feasible, and desirable solutions
• Researching and studying the subject and context to inform content
• Writing, curating, and editing content for accuracy, clarity, and usability
• Simplifying complex content for users
• Developing curriculum and TOC
• Developing content for ILT and WBT
• Developing question bank
• Developing coding questions
• Reviewing technical content
Desired Skills
• Experience in Java Programming
• Coding skills in Java Programming
• Good understanding of Functional Programming in Java
• Should know concepts of multithread programming and its relevance in Java
• Experience in working with Stream API, JavaScript, and Jquery using Apache NetBeans IDE
• Must have a strong grasp of object-oriented programming constructs
• Software Familiarity: Apache Netbeans IDE 12.3 Stable Version, Java SE 16, JDBC, log4j, and so on
• The candidate will also demonstrate an ability to self-learn as and when required to keep up with the fast-changing technology industry
• Excellent writing skills with strong research skills
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork
• Able to be agile with dynamic schedules and priorities
Minimum Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in Object Oriented Programming.
• 5+ years of industrial/training experience
