Roles and Responsibilities
• Establishes a technical vision with the development team and works with developers to turn it into reality
• Able to do quick prototyping, handle customer interaction, lead detailed estimation and refinement and perform Project risk monitoring,
• Define and drive front-end product development – proposals, architecture, design, coding, testing, and delivery.
• Implement and enforce engineering best practices using modern standards and patterns
• Review unit test plans, tests, and code coverage to ensure high-quality delivery
• Implement engineering excellence by enforcing regular code reviews, continuous integration, good test code coverage, and ongoing code refactoring and adequate documentation
• Provide thought leadership to the team around new approaches and workflows and technologies and business around innovative technology lead solutions
Contribute and support the agile execution
Primary Skills:
• Required 5-8 years of experience with Java UI development
• Deep expertise and experience in Java 8+, modern JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5 technologies
• Working knowledge of Java UI programming and GWT, build tools – Gradle and Apache Maven, source code control – GIT, bitbucket, GitHub.
• Good to have Experience with Web accessibility design
• Good to have experience in developing and architecting Network applications (e.g. network management systems) and cloud integration, Component-based Distributed architecture,

Required Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline is required to work as a technical lead with wireless development experience
• Demonstrated ability to work well in an agile team environment
