We have our own platform for Digital recruitment using which we help companies hire right candidates based on Analytical, operational and behavioural skills. We are currently looking for Java developer who can work from our office.
Selected candidate will work with top management (IIT graduates) having 20+ years of experience.
Job Description:
1. Own and work end to end on client application and in-house product
2. Should be expert on Spring, hibernate, design patterns, caching, web services and relational db like mySQL or Oracle
3. Good command on jsp, ajax, HTML, java script
4. Know how to works with CSS, no SQL db, elastic search, multi threading,
5. Very good at writing efficient, readable and maintainable code
6. Believe and implement code reviews and testing for maintaining code
7. Experience in different frameworks and libraries for Java environment
8. Strong in data structures and algorithms
+. Willing to do deep dive in different utilities etc. and create prototype in quick time
10. Help internal/external team members in learning and becoming Java experts.
11. Minimum 2.5 years of work experience in live projects
12. Have startup experience or willingness to work in startup
