● Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering.
● Experience: 3- 7 years of software development
● Have you managed large scale software development teams following agile development
processes
● Are you proficient in Coding, Defect Root Cause Identification / Problem Analysis, Configuration, Management and Technical Leadership
● Do you have Business Domain Expertise, Engineering Excellence, Requirements Analysis and
Design
● Personality traits: Self-Driven, Go-getter, Team Player, and a Problem-solver
What will you be doing
● Experience building and releasing web applications
● Gather and negotiate requirements that fit the OC Tanner architecture style
● Create an intuitive user experience in the applications
● Design and develop secure RESTful APIs to ingrate with internal and external customers

● Develop and support custom software for all areas of OC Tanner's business
● Support 3rd party integrations via API Management
● Adaptability to changing environments
● Communicate project status to team stakeholders
