Jobi.ai, is seeking a skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our innovative software solutions. This is a full-time remote position.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers and designers, to develop and enhance our software solutions.
-Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient Java-based applications.
-Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code following best practices and industry standards.
-Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
-Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
-Integrate applications with databases and external systems.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and tools, and apply them to enhance the development process.
-Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
-Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and provide constructive feedback to peers.
-Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Skills and Qualifications:
-Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
-Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
-Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
-Knowledge of database systems, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
-Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
-Understanding of software development principles and best practices.
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
-Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality code.
