IG Incubator
We are expanding our share dealing and investing offering, building on our core competencies in design, execution and user experience to deliver a market-leading proposition to new and existing IG customers globally. This will be an incubated business with dedicated teams operating in a start-up fashion.
Join the game-changers
You will join a brand-new execution team, building realtime trading services for share dealing and investment products. You will work closely with technical and business colleagues in a new product-focused delivery group, to bring the new product to completion. You will gain excellent domain knowledge of equity trading all around the world.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Java software development and delivery of realtime trading services.
• High quality automated functional and non-functional testing.
• Second-line support of your production systems.
What We’re Looking For/What You’ll Need
• Excellent Java software development skills. We need developers who can produce high-quality code, at pace.
• Excellent English-language communication skills and a desire to build strong working relationships with colleagues across the globe.
• A strong background in automated testing. A desire to fully automate testing, right from the start.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn about the financial products and trading.
No prior financial trading domain knowledge or experience is necessary, we will train you. This is not a low-latency development role, you only need solid core Java skills.
