Java Developer
UST are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with expertise in programming and building API’s using modern OO languages, to join our team of Developers located in the East Midlands.
The successful applicant will be required to work a hybrid working model, of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote in the East Midlands.
What You Will Bring
• Proficiency in Java
• Working Knowledge of Microservices
• In-depth understanding of SOLID principles, SOA, HTTP and REST
• In-depth understanding of RESTful API design principles
• Proven experience in leading teams to leverage approaches such as Pair Programming, TDD and BDD
• Knowledge of relational databases, including SQL and ORM technologies
• Working knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience in working with AWS cloud-based infrastructure
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
