Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with experience in developing loan
management systems for Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) or Housing Finance
Companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing,
and implementing LMS modules that meet business requirements, ensuring a high level of
performance, scalability, and reliability.
Responsibilities
• Design and develop LMS modules using Java/J2EE technologies, including Spring,
Hibernate, and RESTful web services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, quality
assurance, and infrastructure teams to understand business requirements and
design solutions that meet those requirements
• Write clean, well-designed, and maintainable code following industry-standard
coding practices
• Develop and maintain LMS modules, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and high
performing
• Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure the code meets business
requirements and quality standards
• Collaborate with the testing team to perform functional, regression, and
performance testing of the LMS
• Identify and fix defects in LMS modules as reported by the testing team or end-users
• Work with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues related
to LMS modules
• Document technical designs, functional specifications, and test cases as needed
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in loan management
systems and the financial services industry
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Java/J2EE development, with experience in
developing loan management systems for NBFCs or Housing Finance Companies
• Strong knowledge of Java technologies, including Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful web
services
• Familiarity with loan management systems, financial products, and accounting
systems
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL and MongoDB
• Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or
Waterfall
• Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git or SVN
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
