As a Java Developer atDigital Placement, you will be responsible for hands-on coding anddevelopment primarily focused on the Positions and Trade Captureplatform. Your main responsibilities will include coordinatingglobal testing and scheduling application rollouts, contributing tothe improvement of the DevOps CI/CD Pipelines and StrategicArchitecture, troubleshooting production issues, and proposingstrategicsolutions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor'sDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relatedfield, or substantial practical experience of software delivery atan advanced level
JobRequirements:
• Strongproficiency in Java and Spring Boot based applicationdevelopment
• Experience with Caching solutionsand NoSQL databases (desirable but notmandatory)
• Solid understanding of RDBMSconcepts and experience with Oracle, Sybase, or MSSQL
• Cloud experience with Micro Services andContainerization is a plus
• Test-drivendevelopment and adherence to firm s minimum developmentstandards
• Experience with CI/CD tools, AgileDevelopment, and Software lifecycle
• Proficiencywith Unix or Linux scripting
