Position Summary
We are looking for a Java developer to join our team. In this role, youll work collaboratively with the Software Engineering team to deploy and operate our systems, help automate and streamline our operations and processes. The successful candidate will also build and maintain tools for deployment, monitor operations, troubleshoot and resolve issues in our dev, test and production environments.

Key Responsibilities
• As a global team member, analyze and collaborate technical solutions and strategies with the team and provide the optimum solutions
• Own success – Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions.
• Mentoring other developers on their implementation
• Organizing review activities like design review, code review and technical document review etc.
• Explore existing application systems, determines areas of complexity, potential risks to successful implementation
• Contributes to continual improvement by suggesting enhancements to software architecture, software development process and new technologies etc.
• Perform code & design reviews consistently.
Person Specifications
Required:
• B-Tech / B.E. IT/B.Sc./MCA from an accredited university
• 4+ years of extensive knowledge of Java 8, multi threading and higher development including areas such as Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, etc.
• Strong design and development skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global team.
• Strong communications, multitasking and problem solving skills.
• Strong team working skills and the ability to work on multiple parallel work items with other developers, analysts etc
Desirable:
• Experience working with GIT, Maven, SONAR and Agile
• Oracle database experience and Unix scripting
• Automated testing and mocking techniques - Junit, mockito etc
