Required Experience / Competences
• Minimum of 4 years of strong hands on experience in Java application development and 2 years in BPM
• Overall at least 8 years of IT experience
• Relevant experience in Java stack technologies, Microservices, REST, JSON, Maven/Graddle, and Spring framework tools such as SpringBoot
• Experience in working with any BPM product. Camunda (or Flowable), which is light weight Java based, BPM is desired.
• Design an end-to-end BPM application with Spring Boot.
• Ability to configure BPM Workflow process, steps and business rule decision tables.
• Hands on experience with BPMN and has experience in translating business requirements to a BPM process.
• Experience in developing applications for event architectures using Apache/Confluent Kafka
• Experience in developing within agile methodology using CI/CD pipeline and Git branching strategy
• Working experience on cloud infrastructure (AWS) & Kubernetes/Docker is an added
