Role : Java Developer
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Experience: 2.5 to 7 Years
Mandatory Skills: Core java ,Data structure,Algorithm, spring ,Struts,Solaris and Hibernate.
Responsibilities
• Design, architecture and delivery of features and technical components with highest quality
• Effective collaboration with cross functional teams to deliver end-to-end products & features
• Estimates efforts, identify risks, devises and meets project schedules
• Debugging/Troubleshooting and fixing issues in QA/UAT/Production environment by working with all stakeholders
• Continuous innovation and fresh thinking towards product development
• Good knowledge on review process and software development’s best practice
• Create technical documents for the enhancements/change requests that are being developed
Experience
• 4+ years proven track record of software development and design
• 4+ years working on a large n-tier application with rich business functionality in Java
• Experience on a large n-tier Java/J2EE, Jscript, Pl/Sql (Oracle)
• Excellent knowledge of MVC architecture.
• Understanding Functional Specification document and design and develop Software components based on specification.
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Have
• Knowledge of Commodities Business, Derivatives (Futures and Options), contract management, international shipments and documentation would be an added advantage
• Exposure of risk systems like Endure, Triple point etc.
• Experience of working in product development.
• Experience with Amazon AWS services or Microsoft Azure
Skills
• Java 8, OOAD, HTML, JDBC, Javascript, ExtJS, J2EE 1.7, Struts technologies, JMS, XML, Web services, REST, Spring, Hibernate, Struts etc.,
• Strong in data structures and algorithms concepts
• Good experience in performance tuning of Java/ J2EE applications at all levels (UI, server, and database)
• Good understanding of Continuous Integration, deployment, version Control tools & processes.
• Good experience in Relational Database : Oracle
• Good knowledge in web/application servers (JBoss, Weblogic)
• Good knowledge in Service Oriented architecture and Webservices
• Good design skills using n-tier architectures (scalability, caching, business & data layers)
