Scalable Software Development Lead
As a seasoned Java Development Lead, you will be responsible for building high-performance, highly available, and massively distributed software systems. You will work closely with the product team to understand and refine requirements, and drive the technical roadmap to focus on platformization and generic components.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions that have immediate business impact.
- Take ownership of complex system development and actively mentor junior engineers.
- Develop and maintain high-quality codes and guide them in top development practices.
- Collaborate with the product team to understand emerging needs and recommend software solutions.
Requirements:
- B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science or any equivalent degree.
- Minimum 8 years of strong coding skills with hands-on experience in Java Development, Spring, Data Structures.
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design.
- Substantial experience in building complex and scalable solutions.
